You have probably seen Irina Shayak (also known as Irina Sheik; full name Irina Shaykhlislamova) in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue the last 3 years.  She also was in Kanye's music video "Power."  And if you are a woman you probably know her as "that bitch that dates Cristiano Ronaldo. "  No matter where you have seen Irina, there is a good chance that your first thought was "whoa... super hot."  Cuz she really is a magnificent beauty.  Complex Magazine put her #1 on their list of top 50 Hottest Russian Women.  Well, I haven't spent much time in Russia, but I'm inclined to agree with them.
